Mr SunDingguo gave up his job, his dreams to devote time to the Beijing Olympics.He single-mindedly promoted the Olympic spirit by piercing tattoos on his body and completed a 10month journey across China pedalling his rickshaw for the glory of the Beijing Games.He began his tattoo mania in July 2001 when China was awarded the Games and he's now a walking billboard depicting the symbol of different sport China's Olympic logo and "Beijing 2008".His hair is cut in 5 Olympic Rings and dyed in the colours of The Games.He also left his job as a rickshaw rider and to pedal round several provinces with the aim of collecting signatures support The Games and trained himself through diligence and challenged himself for the Olympic spirit.
Personal Response:I think he is a very courageous and noble person who is willing to sacrifice his own body,his future for the honour of The Olympic Games.Not many people is willing to endure the pain of piercing and be willing to sacrifice.I can also see that his love for his country is so deep to be a walking billboard and to promote Beijing Olympic 2008.He is also a daring person who is willing to try new things and challenge himself.However,although his devotion is very admirable ,he should also be concern of his own situation since he left his job and have no revenue to support himself.He should at least put his well-being in the first place and then promote Beijing Olympic Games.
